We can ship same business day if its before 2pm otherwise its next business day.
most orders are delivered with in 2-3 days. since we are in Michigan we are central to most locations.
We use USPS and UPS.
FAQ on orders
Yes, no problem. But if you got free shipping the charge for shipping it is not refunded.
If your order hit the free shipping then yes. We can send you a return label. But the original shipping cost that was free is not refunded.
These items can not be returned as this is the lowest price we can go.
For returns email returns@theshoecollective.com and our shipping and returns people will get right on it.
