Returns

30-Day Window: Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items returned after 30 days are eligible for store credit if shipped within the window.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
FINAL SALE: Any product 40% off or more is a FINAL SALE ITEM excluded from returns.
Other Non-Returnable: gift cards, and items without tags, worn items, shoe boxes shipped that are not in a shipping box, damaged shoe boxes cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs

Free Returns: A return label will be provided. Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, including for multiple size orders.
Orders Under $79: Customers cover return shipping.
Same Items multiple sizes: These returns will have original shipping costs and return costs deducted from refund as it increases cost to ship dramatically.

Made with responsibly sourced 800-fill down and a DWR-finished ripstop nylon shell, this lightweight insulated parka is one we turn to year-round, from summer camping to winter wandering. And we made the shell water-resistant for protection in light weather.
