The Speed Strike 2 provides the comfort and protection of a hiking shoe, while also delivering a faster, more athletic style than traditional hikers. Packed with full-grain leather upper for long-lasting durability, waterproof and insulated technology and recycled materials all atop of a Merrell sticky rubber outsole for traction that grips when and where you need it.

These boots were great

Merrell is always good. These boots were lightweight and very supportive for long walks, I haven't hiked in them yet but upon seeing the material this should be a force to be reckoned with in the the woods.
